UCHA is currently taking rental applications for the new Boardman Trail Apartments in Boardman, OR. Units will be available for occupancy in late November or early December of this year.

Boardman Trail Apartments will be located at 295 Boardman Avenue N.E. in Boardman, Oregon 97818. The apartment complex will consist of 24 two-bedroom units. It includes an onsite community room with computer learning center, a large meeting room, a laundry facility, and the Rental Office. The apartments are located across from Boardman High School and are within 1 mile to all city services and parks.

Rental Assistance is available on 23 units and Income restrictions do apply for this housing. Call Manager Mary Trujillo at 541-481-3003 for more details.

Tri-Harbor Landing - Located in Umatilla, Oregon off of 210 Klickitat Street. This property was purchased and rehabilitated in 2003 by the Housing Authority. All units have rental assistance on them through the USDA Rural Housing Department. The property has a large community room with a covered pick-nick area with bar-b-que grills and tables. Playground for the children and a large onsite, affordable laundry facility. The project is located within walking distance to all Boardman community services and shopping areas. Two elementary schools are nearby.
